About The Iceland Music And Storytelling Experience
I would like to invite you to an intimate evening of music and storytelling where I will present you with Icelandic folk music and a diverse palette of stories, going from Icelandic myths, history, sea, love and some personal ones.
We will have a conversation through modern folk music both lyrically and musically. We will all take a journey to explore the human condition through the most emotionally diverse stories about love, loss, hurt, delight, humor, Icelandic winter, Yule lore, stories of witchcraft, witch hunts, birds and the sea. All kinds of Icelandic stories. Just you name it.
Let's have an evening together where I tell you stories from Iceland, some from my adventures and some stories of my ancestors. I might even play an old folk song or two and throw some of my own compositions into the bowl, but most of all, we're going to have a wonderful night of storytelling and culture together.

About the host
I’m serene and sublime singer-songwriter from the harsh western fjords of Iceland. A troubadour of humble beginnings and rural upbringing. My music tells stories of love, tragedies, sadness and redemption in a harsh and hostile climate.
I play acoustic folk and I am autobiographical in the music I play. I sometimes call it "Fjord folk" to describe the connection to the sea and the mountains in my music.
Come and gather around for a night of music, singing and storytelling.
