Creating Your Own Icelandic Troll with Icelandic Wool Workshop

In this three hour family friendly workshop, you'll learn how to make your very own Icelandic troll using traditional Icelandic wool.

Discover the Fascinating World of Icelandic Trolls

Icelandic trolls have been a part of Icelandic folklore for centuries, featuring in stories and legends from all across the country. Although many people haven't seen living trolls, they are believed to exist in remote and secluded areas. Most trolls, however, have been turned to stone by the first rays of the rising sun.

Create Your Own Troll Under Expert Guidance

During the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to create your own troll with the guidance of an expert. You'll hear fascinating stories about Icelandic trolls, and then use Icelandic wool to bring your troll to life. Icelandic wool is the ideal material for making trolls, as it is coarse and comes in a range of natural colors.

A Fun and Easy Project for All Ages

Making trolls with Icelandic wool is a fun and easy project that anyone can enjoy. You don't need any prior experience or skills to participate – just a willingness to learn and have fun. You can choose to make a small or large troll, and select from a range of wool colors to give your troll a unique personality.

Create a Lasting Memory of Your Trip

Not only will you have a great time creating your troll, but you'll also have a lasting memory of your trip to Iceland. You can take your troll home as a souvenir or give it as a gift to a loved one. And if you're feeling creative, you can even teach your friends back home how to make trolls and share the stories and memories you learned during your workshop.
